Representative Navarre brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB
19 (page 505).                                                                 
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 19                                                             
"An Act relating to the definition of 'fault' as that term is used for        
the purposes of determining the liabilities of parties in civil                
actions, setting limitations on civil liability, and authorizing the           
award, in conformance with applicable court rule, of attorney fees             
in civil actions."                                                             
                                                                               
Title Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representatives Navarre and               
Therriault:                                                                    
                                                                               
Page 1, lines 1-4:                                                             
                                                                               
	Delete all material.                                                          
                                                                               
Insert ""An Act amending the definition of `fault' as that term              
is used for the purposes of determining the liabilities of parties             
in civil actions; amending the definition of `fault' as it relates             
to setting limitations on civil liability; and amending the                    
definition of `fault' as it relates to authorizing the award, in               
conformance with applicable court rule, of attorney fees in civil              
actions.""                                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that Title            
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so               
ordered and the new title appears below:
